“Lovely, cozy place with nice people in the middle of a wonderful garden! Really enjoyed it!”

“We cooked our meal for the diner and the property owner was flexible on providing us with whatever we need.Tea and lunch were prepared by the owner for us.”

“Aara Wild near Sigiriya was the highlight of our whole Sri Lanka trip. From arrival, the warmth of the welcome set the tone – every member of staff, from housekeeping to guides to the kitchen team, was genuinely, unfailingly lovely. It’s rare to feel so looked after and so at ease at once. The activities were fantastic and varied: a sunset walk with incredible views, a relaxed afternoon tea, a chef’s dinner served poolside under the stars, and a hands-on cooking class. “De lobby was kil en sfeerloos. Overal felwitte spaarlampen. Slechte acoustiek zoals in een grot. De suite was groot en met gigantische terrassen met zicht al om. Het bed was van goede kwaliteit. “Lovely location, friendly staff , great walks Be aware there are limited hours for electricity; more a camping experience than glamping ! ”

“The Glass House is possibly the best accommodation and service we have experienced in over 40 years of exploring this wonderful country. The house design and location are breathtaking. The views are spectacular (make sure you are up for dawn). On site Chef Kevin made traditional Sri Lankan meals of exceptional quality. Kapilo was there ready for any of our needs without being intrusive. Milan and Chandra keep the house and gardens running and in beautiful order. Can I say more ? If you don’t……
