“Great room and ”

“The iron did not work. They replaced it in a timely manner. I wish they had an extra blanket in both rooms. Having a kitchen and in room washer & dryer was very nice. Location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants.”

“The location is very central downtown. If you want to party its great as next door to Coyote Ugly. The rooftop bar is nice and staff couldnt be friendlier. It was good for travellers to have access to a laundry. However our room was windowless and we would have liked to have been told in advance and have the option to refuse. The hotel does itself a disservice by calling itself luxury as it is not.”

“Very nice rooms with a cozy shared courtyard.”

“I booked 4 rooms total for my employees and paid the full amount and even had an extra night for multiple rooms that were UNUSED. They ended up charging our card TWICE for missing room keys? We travel 20-30 times a year and I have never in my life seen such terrible practice. Never staying here again. Unacceptable.”

“Parfait, pret de Brodway a pied sans probleme :)”
