“Our 4 night stay in a luxury cabin had to be cut short, with no reimbursement, due to rats in the walls!! After 2 nights of attempting to sleep with rats scratching from inside the walls at the head of our bed, we gave up and drove the 4 hours home. When I reached out to the owners they never even returned my call. I WOULD EXPECT ATLEAST RETURN CALL FOR OVER $800/NIGHT.”
