“My husband and I just had the absolute best stay at this amazing little cottage on the Fond du Lac River! If you are looking for a perfect getaway just down the river from Lake Winnebago, this is absolutely the place to book. The cottage itself is incredibly cute, beautifully decorated, and was spotless when we arrived. The host has thought of everything to make it feel like a home away from home. We spent our days making full use of the kayaks (provided by host at no charge) and fishing right……

“Excellent stay! We couldn’t be happier with our time at this cottage. We enjoyed using their four complimentary kayaks (they had life jackets and paddles for us), had a fire at night (host supplied free chopped firewood), grilled out burgers on the grill, and rented a pontoon boat and wave runner (Lake Winnebago Boat & WaveRunner Rentals is next door. The host (Brad) who owns this cottage also owns the boat rental place next door). We even did some fishing (there is a bait shop also next door)……

“Our host is an EXCELLENT communicator. We had no issues with check-in. Unfortunately we did NOT stay over night as we had a family emergency that required us to leave immediately.”

“The character of the house shines through and is lovely to spend time in. The little sun room off the kitchen we ended up in often. There is no dishwasher but washing dishes by hand in the vintage sink is enjoyable. Overall an easy process. The stairs could be tricky for some people (old house small stairs). But we had no issues. The agency that runs the home is quick and responsive and proactive. Overall great and pet friendly is a plus.”

“We rented this duplex for two weeks and found it to be very clean and updated. Any time we had a question, she answered immediately and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying here if you are in this area.”

“Great Place to stay with group of friends! Very clean and well kept place with lots to do outside highly recommend this place! Will be staying here again.”

“Property was great! Perfect for a fishing trip or maybe just boating. The host was very responsive and helpful the whole way. Plenty of room for a boat to back in and boat launch about a mile away. We were able to park boat in water behind house while we were there, which was very helpful. The backyard was cozy and peaceful with gas grill and a nice fire pit with plenty of seating. The property had kayaks, life vest, and even some poles and tackle for us to use. Couldn't have asked for more.……

“Checking is was a breeze. Loved the area and it was a nice property”

“Beautiful home, great host!”

“Very clean. Park across street and proximity to lake were bonuses. Good area to walk in.”

“Traveled with our two adult sons and we all loved this place. Incredibly convenient and a unique property. Yes, there is noise from the downtown area, but it didn't keep us up and it wasn't intrusive. It's part of being in the heart of the city. We would stay there again.”

“This house is very cute and very vibrant. The host was amazing and very accommodating. I had a very easy check in and check out.”

“Great stay close to Whitman field”

“Our stay at the Pac Man house for AirVenture 2026 was perfect! A bonus was that we could even watch the planes from the deck at the back - the Warbirds, the F-22's and even the Red Arrows roared by. If your coming for the show, this is a very convenient spot. Communication with Brittany was timely and clear. Check-in was seamless. The house was perfect for our family and wee dog. Especially appreciated the dual AC in the summer months. Would definitely stay again! Marci PS Bring earplugs or……
