“The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. “It was easy to make simple things. We did borrow a coffee filter we prefer pour over coffee. But everything in the rooms was pleasant and the place was clean. Nice views of hills and the yard also the flat is close to many transportation options, and so walkable to alot of great food and coffee! ”

“The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). The bed was too soft for me but those are personal preferences. We did use……
