Comfortable apartment, with 4 beds ideal for a couple with children, is centrally located and less than 150m from the beach, in a small building. The apartment consists of a single living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed. The apartment also has a comfortable balcony equipped with awning and outdoor table and chairs as well as a ceiling fan. The full bath has been recently refurbished and has a shower cabin. The apartment has a wall-mounted TV with digital terrestrial and satellite system (no decoder). The condominium washing machine is available in the building. At guests' disposal and included in the car parking space in enclosed garden.
