“Charming cottage, conveniently situated near Stonehenge and other related sites. It was a great base for us to explore the area. The cottage had all we needed to be comfortable - plenty of space, comfortable beds and well equipped. The village has a great pub (The Plume of Feathers). We were there on a Sunday evening when it is usually shut, but the landlord said he would open the kitchen just for us!! The menu was imaginative and the food absolutely excellent so do recommend patronising……

“The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. “This was a lovely bolt hole in the country and an ideal location for visiting wonderful local landmarks. The cottage was well equipped and nicely presented with a welcoming box of biscuits on arrival. Very quiet with tranquil views. The owners were over the driveway and extremely friendly. Salisbury, Glastonbury, Sherborne and the like were within easy reach as was Poole on the coast. An ideal spot and perfect for that relaxing getaway.”
