"Disgusting. Absolutely filthy. When I saw our room I felt sick. The worst value for money room I have seen in 30 years of travel. The manager would not swap our room, nor negotiate the price, nor refund, despite trying to negotiate for an hour. We could not contact Hotels.com as their website was down and our phone went flat. "From the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out everything was perfect ebery step of the way: - staff is amazing on every level of the restaurant -breakfast choices are incredible -bed is cloul 9 comfort -shower is great for giving baths to toddlers -exceptional security at the hotel -steam room, salt room and sauna are always clean - pool is nice and clean"
