“Buon boutique hotel, situato nella cittadella storica di Khiva. La camera era confortevole e pulita e i gestori molto gentili. Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in e ci hanno offerto qualcosa da bere. Le cose che non mi sono piaciute sono la colazione, sia per varietà che qualità (alcune cose forse erano preparate la mattina presto e non erano più molto buone quando le ho mangiate), e il fatto che lo scarico della vasca/doccia fosse totalmente otturato. In generale comunque ci tornerei.”

“Everything was amazing. Perfect service: very helpful staff. Breakfast very good buffet style. Only bathroom door are clearly visible through the glass window in it so very uncomfortable when you travel with friends. I need to say that everything was perfect but I just would never book it again because of that bathroom doors.”

“オフシーズンで観光客自体が少ないせいか、ホテルの周りも人通りが少なかったです。施設の古さは否めませんが、スタッフのサービスが良くて満足です。ヒヴァ駅からは近いですが、旧市街(イチャンカラ)からは徒歩で十数分かかり、少し遠く感じました。”

“호텔위치가 좋다는 것 말고는 충격적인 환경!! 샤워실에 물이 안내려가서 방을 바꿨는데 그방도 샤워실 물이 잘 안내려갔음. 2박을 하는데 한번만 씼었음. 2박3일동안 청소 안해줌. 이블보가 더러웠음. 한사람의 직원이 밥도 주고 배수구도 점검하고 카운터도 봄. 엘리베이터가 없는데 짐을 알아서 내려야했음. 일박후 아침식사때 달걀 프라이를 부탁했더니 달걀을 사러 가겠다고 함. 두번째 아침에는 달걀프라이를 해줌. 뷔페식이 아니라 현지식인데 채소가 부족했음. 과일은 씻지 않은 상태로 상표가 붙어있는 채로 나옴. 눈이 많이 온 다음날 택시를 불렀는데 호텔앞까지 못들어와서 짐을들고 눈길을 나가서 타야 했음”

“It was an excellent & fairly conveniently located hotel for exploring the old city. It's a bit of a long walk, but a quick & cheap taxi ride. The staff was also very kind & helpful, though clearly inexperienced with dealing with online reservations so the check-in process did take a bit of time. Also the room wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't bad—all the surfaces were clean & the sheets fresh—but, for example, the rugs in the bathroom had hair, & the harder to reach places had dust, so clearly the……
