“We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME).
Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space). My messages (about parking and about……

“The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”

“We were really disappointed with this experience. The building felt dirty with rodent and bug deterrents in every outlet in the hallway. The couch was disgusting and there were areas that could not be sat upon. The shower had almost no pressure - if you have thick hair there is no way you could rinse it out. There was only soap at one sink. The beds luckily were comfortable and felt clean and the space was quiet at night. The staff was responsive when we reached out in that they responded……
