“We enjoyed staying 4 nights in this peaceful 80s retro house. Comfortable bed, very clean and tidy throughout and just a short walk to the river. Our small dogs were safe mooching in the large fenced garden. We all relaxed and enjoyed the sunshine. Thanks for making us all so welcome.”

“Great location, private boat ramp is easily accessible. Anchor poits on dock. House warms up fast with heater on. Very quiet area. Long private driveway with plenty of parking. “Beautiful outlook to The Lake. Advertised with heated pool, advised it wouldn’t be hot but in fact it was icy!! The kids enjoyed the activities provided eg soccer and pool tables. Table tennis table also, but we ran out of time to make use of that!! Neighbours were great. Overall a fun time was enjoyed”

“Stayed here for an extended 5 night, Anzac weekend, there was 8 of us in total and the property was perfect for us. While it could benefit from a few minor updates, the size of the property, location and amenities were fantastic and our crew thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Our stay at Amaroo Waters was fantastic! Kylie was a pleasure to deal with and her attention to detail was great. There was fresh bread, eggs, milk & fruit available for us, as well as some pantry staples. Kylie even had beautiful Easter gifts for my two young daughters. The house is immaculate and beautifully styled. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable. We all slept so great. The pool was stunning and not too deep so was perfect for the kids. Great location in a quiet court……
