The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado. The person was very short and condescending telling me that front desk at Silverado was available until 11 pm. I found out when I got to Silverado that the 5pm……

“There was a broken light switch in the bathroom. My wife received an actual shock when she turned on the light. Parking was listed at $35.00 per night, but I was charged $50.00 per night! We couldn't use the stove top without the smoke alarm going off, even with the outside doors open and the stove fan-vent on high. The coffee was undrinkable.”

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”
