“It's a beautiful place but nowhere was it advertised that if you go during shoulder season (we went at beginning of May), they have very limited staff so several amenities are unavailable (e.g. spa, beach rentals, large restaurant, etc.). Also, the hours, food and drink options for the restaurant by the water were very limited. As a result, we didn't get the full experience we paid for. “After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room.
