“The property was easy to find, clean, and quiet. The host was very responsive. ”

“Everything was very new and super clean. The property was beautiful. They had everything we needed and additional thoughtful additions! The kids room was fun with the billiards table.”

“I stay in hotels & apartments weekly for my job- this is by far the best experience I’ve had to date. The host has thought of absolutely everything and more. Can’t recommend enough.”

“Needed somewhere in Derry for a few days whilst visiting family. Very pleased that I found the snug, quiet, clean , comfortable with absolutely everything you would need for a stay in Derry. Spacious lounge, comfortable bed and a well equipped little kitchen complete with some cereals and coffee and some milk in the fridge. Absolutely top of my list for my next visit to the city.”

“At best the photos are misleading. The chairs in the photo were not there. The cooking utensils were one very small saucepan. The cups were dirty. There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water. The whole room was grubby. The WiFi and tv did not work. Several people tried and failed to get it working. The outside area was run down with broken equipment……

“Paul was so easy to communicate with from initial booking to leaving the property. This bungalow is nicely nestled in a quiet community while accessible to the main roads in and around Derry and to outlying towns. Highly recommend. Would use this property again in future trips to Derry.”

“This was the best place we have ever stayed. Staff was incredible! Went above and beyond to care for us and make our stay as confortable as possible. The breakfast was delicious, and amazing. Would stay here over and over again. And hopefully will! Nowhere else I’d recommend.”
