“We loved our stay. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and having the well-appointed kitchen was very useful. The room was comfortably and stylishly furnished, and the bed was extremely comfortable! ”

“Brilliant room -“ D’or “ full of golden antiques and quirky items, felt very luxurious. Spent some time in the hot tub, then on lounger in sun playing peek a boo with tiny geckos! Swimming pool. Lovely rural setting right near the River Loire. Great welcome from host Miriam who produced a cold beer, a glass of cremant ( in the tub!) and a delicious amuse bouche. She made a recommendation for a dinner in a beautiful riverside location. Breakfast was good. What a lovely place to stay. ”

“Stunning ancient stone manor in the angevin countryside, beautifully restored. Our bedroom (Le Roi) - one of four - was huge, and the attention to detail and comfort was outstanding. Hosts Mel and Hywel are charming and efficient. Dinner (three courses including wine, no choice but not intimidating) was delicious; breakfast was exemplary. We will happily go back.”
