“We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. The check in……

“We came into town for the weekend to see some Broadway shows and museums. The apartment is in a very safe place across from Central Park with many amenities nearby for coffee, food, etc. Commute into the city was never a problem although with traffic takes a bit longer than expected. Our host was wonderful and never more than an email or text away!”

“Everything was great! I was there for the NYC Marathon and the place was perfect. Gertrude was a easily contacted and responsive to everything we had questions about. The place was clean and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended. ”

“Great location, walk across the street and you are in Central Park. Added bonus, the condo is on the top floor with partial views of Central Park. 7 minute walk to the subway with express routes to midtown. Beds were very comfortable and each room has individual heating:cooling. The only negative was the kitchen did not have a toaster, and we like to have breakfast in the condo.”

“Worst service ever. We never managed to get the access key upon our arrival.We communicated with the renter multiple times.We ended up renting an hotel thru Expedia as indicated by VRBO costumer care.Plus the address does not match the actual locationI do not recommend this apartment. ”
