“Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it. I loved the modern, minimalist design of the hotel. Breakfast was memorable. The quality, presentation, and variety were a daily highlight. It set a high bar for the rest of our trip. Thank you for a……

“Excelente localização, pertinho do centro histórico. Quarto limpíssimo. Recepção impecável e atenciosa. Amei tudo na estadia.”

“Good location, good service and with nice view at the rooftop restaurant. Big shopping mall with a big supermarket nearby the hotel.”

“The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy……

“Super Zimmer, sauber und großzügig. Super nettes Personal. Jederzeit wieder!”

“1 各部門員工都是俊男美女、顏值擔當，當然服務態度也都不錯。 2. 唯一缺點是入住第一天的湯匙和墊在湯池下的紙巾是有人用過的。 3.網站照片皆真實，單人房空間寬敞明亮。”

“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is cozy and conveniently located on the road leading to many tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The hotel offers easy access to the parking area, pool, and restaurant. Service was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, although not……

“Great hotel with fantastic amenities, including two beautiful pools, a relaxing thermal pool and a stunning infinity pool. There is also plenty of parking available, along with multiple EV charging stations right on the premises. Highly recommend!”

“Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer……

“very close to the train station and the plaza. the room is sparkling clean.”
