“Always a great place to stay!”

“Late check-in took less than two minutes which surprised me, overall experience smooth from beginning to end while bed stayed quiet with no street sounds disturbing sleep time.”

“The pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.”

“Great location for our six flags visit (about 15 minutes away).”

“Very clean, the host was very responsive in a timely manner. The location was a nice suburban neighborhood, huge yard, on the end of a cul-de-sac. The kids loved the pool table & downstairs apartment. There are lots of stairs so maybe not the best for an older person, but they did have a ramp entry into the house. The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable furnishings.”

“N/A”

“The cottage is very cozy, private, and in a beatiful setting. We really appreciated the upgrades that made our stay comfortable. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog. Take a note of a stone floor on the lower level. We had to cover it to be not too cold for the dog to lie on (in late October). The location is right on the water for kayaking and close to some well maintained trails for biking and hiking.”

“Inside of this property was well appointed, we had enough towels for showers and the shower had great pressure with a large step-in shower stall. Toilet was not bolted to the floor causing it to shift when using. The upright dresser was full of extra bedding in every drawer, we had to clean them out so we could use a few. The closet area of the dresser was full of cleaning supplies, a dirty vacuum, and a swiffer that had not been changed. We had dress clothes that could not be put into this……

“The place is easy to locate. It is as beautiful as the photo. Clean and spacious.I definitely would stay there again.”

“This is a beautiful place to stay and Carol was an excellent host, very communicative and welcoming.”

“Checked in fast and got a good night's sleep with no hassle. Everything worked as expected.”

“Would book again without hesitation. Room was clean, had a fridge and TV. Shower worked fine and air conditioning kept it cool.”

“Nothing extra fancy but a solid place to crash after long travel days.”

“This VRBO has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Connecticut. The view and relaxing patio overlook paddlers on the Farmington River. The beds are comfortable and the furnishing are very pleasant. The little village of Collinsville provides wonderful trails to stroll. Several restaurants and music venues were fun, but the Farmer's Market on Sundays in the summer is not to miss. Carol, the host, lives next door, and can be reached easily. This was my second stay here and I would not……

“Terrible, worst stay ever . It was such a hassle to get in no clear instructions… never again”

“Really love this place. Excellent kitchen and back porch!”

“Nice place”

“We really enjoyed the stay here! Very comfortable with lots of room. The stairs were a little much for my parents as they are getting older (they managed just fine). I would recommend this place as it is centrally located to all the places I needed to go. Thank you so much!”
