One of my favorite features of our home is to watch the tide come in and out of the marsh from the deck, the view is ever changing! The ease of access to the beach across the street is awesome! Spacious Cape style home located right across the street from East Sandwich Beach. Recently updated interior with fresh paint, new furnishings and a crisp contemporary decor. Plenty of room for everyone with 2 Bedrooms and a full Bath on each level.

A/C unit in each bedroom. First floor features hardwood throughout the Living Room and Bedrooms with tile in the Kitchen/Dining Room. Living room also has a window A/C unit. Step out from the Kitchen to the back deck, with tranquil views over the tidal salt marsh. Full laundry facilities in the basement.

Great location in a beach community with access to put in a kayak at Scorton Creek at the end of the road. Your PET may be accepted with prior permission.

Traditional Cape Cod Feel

Relaxing and property is as advertised. It was tidy, clean and traditional cape cod cottage feel. Location is A+ and we got lots of exercise walking up the sand dune path to the beach across the street - not necessarily a bad thing when on vacation and indulging in all the wonderful cape cod food and ice cream! The back deck was relaxing for watching the wildlife in the marsh, and there is access to a walking path in the backyard, leading through the marsh to a channel for fishing or boat access to the ocean. The only con we had was the air conditioning units looked like they had not been cleaned in years and not installed properly. There were HUGE gaps between the AC’s and windows, allowing for the midgie’s to get in. Overall had an enjoyable time and will be looking forward to the next time.
