“New clean property. Although room has small kitchen, ther are no utensils so you cannot cook. Like all Indian hotels we visit only one towel provided. You need to ask for more.”

“This property was ideal for our first couple of days in Fort Cochin. Convenient location and Varghese and his wife made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed delicious, home cooked breakfast on the roof terrace. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily return.”

“We had a wonderful time in this beautiful location. We had come from busy Chennai and the peace and tranquility of this area was wonderful. Our host and caretaker couldn't have been more helpful. They were so welcoming and the caretakers family even prepared some meals for us which were delicious. We were able to explore on foot and by bike and loved the small beach near the property. We were very fortunate to see some dolphins and have a boat trip on the backwaters. The house is very well……

“This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher.”

“Let me start with, I would rent this property again. The property could use some cosmetic improvements for the NRI customer. The property manager is new at this and some attention to detail would make the experience much better. For example, written instructions on how to handle/ find mundane things like how to dispose of full garbage bins, batteries for remotes, turn on the water heater, refill all the hand soap bottles, would make life simple. As a new property, it is pretty clean. The rooms……

“Place is nothing like what they advertise in the pictures. Place smells like a smoking (cigarette) zone and A/C doesn’t work properly. Bed linen seems old untidy and the staff could have been more friendly and decent”
