“Beautiful place in a beautiful area. Great communication and responsiveness by host. Amenities as described. Would highly recommend. ”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But the outdoors needs work. Positive: -Easy Check-in, they even let us arrive an hour early. -Inside was clean, inviting and stocked with towels.-Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except sharp knives, but I picked up a sharpener and left it for the next guests. -The indoor space was as described. -The outside front porch was cleanNegative: -The "Steps" to the dock are a huge accident waiting to happen. “The first disappointment was how close by the road was.It makes sense for an old hotel, but I found the constant noise and traffic unpleasant and certainly for sitting on the verandah. Also no breakfast is served which is mentioned on website though it definitely was not happening. And lastly I found it tacky to demand a dollar each for drinks in the beverage area.If it costs that much they could incorporate it in the room charge. It just seems unwelcoming”

“This was quite an experience. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was phenomenal and the evening cocktail hour was a nice touch, both of which were included. Will stay at Embassy Suites again for sure.”
