“It was great like always”

“When we arrived, the man at the front desk said that the room would be warm from the sun but it would cool down later on. When we got back after our evening out around 11pm, the temp was 26 degrees. We tried turning down the thermostat, and woke up numerous times in the night because it was so hot. When we checked out at 8:45 this morning, the lady said that the 4th floor has central heat and there was nothing that could be done about it. We weren’t rude and neither was she, but it felt like a……

“My 13 years old son is happy with the two computers available in the lobby but he complains there is no Netflix on the TV. Breakfast is good with different options of fruits and bakery. ”
