"The hotel was really nice. Staff very nice. A few things that can improve in the rooms you can hear music and noise from the kitchen. The power went out due to electrical issues. But in general everything was nice. Food and service very good. Breakfast excellent."

"If I could only stay here quite a bit longer.... the staff was wonderful, the owner was attentive and diligent, the chalet was amazing. This is a jewel in the heart of Colombia near all of the attractions in the area. Will be a repeat for sure"
