Very clean rooms. Space is ‘new’ and staff is kind. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful in November. The continental breakfast is a joke: they only had yogurt, stale muffins and croissants. This was a one night stay while traveling south to Santa Barbara from the Red Woods. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was limited but coffee was very good. Can’t beat the price! Property was clean, convenient and well maintained.

We loved this little house. It was set back from the street all on its own but walkable to all of the restaurants, etc. The owner was so communicative and had the air conditioner running before we got there which was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.
