“We had an excellent stay at this VRBO! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. It was also easy drive to Princeville, Lihue, and Poipu. We especially appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella, cooler provided. “I received my room at around 5:00 p.m., even though the stated check-in time was 3:00 p.m. More importantly, I booked and paid for a room with two beds, but instead I was given a room with one bed and one sofa bed. I was told that this arrangement was suitable for up to four people, but this was not the type of room I had booked and paid for. To make matters worse, I had to carry the bed linen for the sofa bed myself from reception to the room and prepare the sofa bed on my own. I also spent a……

“Property was perfect! Next to the pool and beach with plenty of shopping and eateries within walking distance. A nice surprise was a small market with all the essentials also within walking distance. We had an awesome time staying here!”

“Check-in was smooth as well as check-out. List of easy instructions to follow, nice little gift, and quick responses from staff members about any issue. My family and I ran into a little issue at night, and they were quick to respond and send someone as soon as they could to resolve the problem. I would hands down book this spot again when I go back.”

The condo was spotless, the amenities were great, the view from the lanai was wonderful. It was a very comfortable place to stay for our first trip to Kauai. “Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. “Great property located close to Coconut market place. The listing does say it has a Gym but it does not have one on property or near by. Not a big deal but it should be corrected. We did not realize that it didn’t have air conditioning and that is normally a must have when we go to the islands. However there is good cross ventilation from the windows front to back and it turned out to be sufficient. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommended this unit. 4/23/26 to 5/3/26”
