"1. The hotel said they do not do room cleaning everyday, but every 4th day, but I stayed for 6 days ( from Tuesday to Monday), there is NO room cleaning up at all. 2. The rome has toilet flush issues, as with pushing the button each time, there is only small amount of water coming out. I went to reception desk twice, they wrote down the issue, but nothing been done. So after using the toilet each time, I had to stand there for several minutes and push the button multiple times to flush it. 3. There is only a plastic curtain between shower and toilet/ sink area, so it's wet everywhere after shower. 4. There is no air-conditioner in the room, have to open the window, then all the noise from train/ subway rush into the room, try to get a good night sleep is impossible."

"The hotel is really cool and interesting architecturally. We stayed in a round window room and I’m glad we did as it was great. The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good. Each morning it was well stocked and the food was delicious. The only thing we noticed was that there was a bad smell from the drains which sometimes lingered and the room could get quite warm despite being provided with a fan. However I would be happy to stay here again. Also good location not too far from a metro station."

"A low cost hotel at the price of gold. Then, if you need to leave your luggage you need to pay A LOT for storage (is this a hotel or what?). My son has a job interview; my wife falls asleep in the lobby because of jet lag and not being able to go to the room for a while. A rude "security" guard (security in Copenhagen? This is safer and quieter than a rural town!), TOUCHES her, SHAKES her and wakes her up and says "YOU CANNOT SLEEP HERE!!!". She started explaining and he says "YOU CANNOT SLEEP HERE!!!". If you are expensive and low cost, at least have the decency of being nice. If not, don't open a hotel and change to a different business."
