“This property is dated. They claimed our initial room was renovated but the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to change rooms. We brought food in and asked for spoons and forks, they only had spoons… I wanted to do some laundry, they had no detergent…
Manager was uncaring when we were checking out. So glad I know I’ll never stay at this dump again. Two stars only because bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.”

“Cleaning issues—-HVAC vent was blowing out black sooty material all over the bed closest to the vent. Not realizing this until night, I tried to cover the source with a pillow case. I left a note for housekeeping to address with management. The room should have been renovated, carpet smell of wet dog. Customer service was good at check in. Not staffed when I departed.”
