“It was an ok stay, good location.... but could use a scrubbing. When paying a cleaning fee you expect it to be scrubbed before you get there. ”

“Clean home and convenient location. Beds for 10, but living space is a little small for a group this size, e.g. kitchen table only had four chairs. Minimal kitchen untensils/pots/pans, so if you plan on cooking you may want to bring a few things.”

“The property was clean, and the bathroom had been remodeled and the mattresses changed since our last stay. Also, I'm pretty sure we left 2 Iowa Chops in the freezer. I think they fell behind the ice bin. Feel free to eat them. We just purchased them on Friday.”

“I was traveling alone and the studio was exactly what I wanted for my trip. Close to Main Street shops and busses. Check in/out was a breeze. Communication was great. The water pressure in the shower was the BEST! Especially after a hot summer day. The doors can be a little tricky, but I got the hang of it guickly. Loved my stay!”

“Our family stayed here for graduation weekend! Gina is amazing!!! The house is very clean and well stocked! There was fresh fruit and pastries! Flowers and a banner for our son who graduated! The extra touches that Gina provides is fantantic! Lots of room, comfortable beds! We would definitely recommend staying here!”

The outdoor space directly associated with the house is minimal but there is a neighborhood gazebo across the street that was wonderful to sit and visit on a beautiful May afternoon. I would recommend the house and quiet location!”

“The house was great, felt very secluded yet we were still in town. The 1st morning we were there we were greeted by 13 deer roaming the property. The 2nd morning we woke to a doe and 2 fawns bedded down within 20 feet of the house. We cant wait to return in warmer weather to make more use of the outside amentities.”

House is located in a quiet neighborhood short distance from campus. Easy check in and out. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. Five of us stayed and there was plenty of room for more and we were not on top of each other. We were on the run most of the time but looking around the house it had everything you need if you were to make all……
