“Thank you!”

“Road trip stop. Friendly front desk open 24 hours made check-in smooth. Rooms have basic fridge and microwave so we could keep snacks handy. The pool looked inviting but we didn't have time to swim this trip.”

“It was a fantastic stay! Very close to downtown, nestled in a nice, private spot. Owner was very communicative and friendly, too!”

“We had a wonderful stay! We booked this VRBO for the Fourth of July to get our two little dogs away from the fireworks, and it was exactly what we needed. We really appreciated that it's pet-friendly and that they welcomed us for just one night at a very fair price. Our girls were able to relax and sleep peacefully, and we're so grateful. Highly recommend!”

“Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood.”

“Great central location and accomodating host”

“Excellent small property, perfect escape right off of Pentz road, great access to Oroville and Chico. It was the perfect break for me. The neighbors were very nice. The bed was almost too comfortable, no complaints just appreciation.”

“This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.”

“Love staying here, it was close to town but enough outside of it so you don’t feel like you’re in the mess. Only had one slight snafu with the air-conditioning where I thought it was on, but only had the fan going so it got extremely hot. Luckily, the host was very responsive, and I got the place cooled down rather quickly. I love the fact that they had bikes in the garage that could be used to go into town without using the car. I definitely would like to stay here again.”
