Average hotel. Old fries behind bedside table. Told maid and reception but took until next day for them to be cleaned. Odd procedures. Dirty towels removed no clean towels provided. One day pillow slips just left on bed.

There are stairs to check in and get to the ice machine. So, not handicap friendly. The room was decent and bed soft. I would return, if in the area.

We love staying here when coming to visit our son at SAU. There is plenty of room, it is clean & comfy, and the Hosts are so great and helpful. This is definitely our go-to when in town.
