“I didn’t feel this resort delivered the experience it promises as you arrive. The reception area is lovely. The room was pleasant and the balcony large but the bathroom felt tired. The staff were kind to replace my comp red wine with white which I appreciated. I didn’t feel the staff promoted the facilities. The pool bar staff waited for you to approach them. It was mentioned in passing that the beach was through the sister hotel but no sign posts to tell you how to get there. The breakfast……

“Schönes Boutique-Hotel — perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Lindos Alles super! Für Ausflüge nach Lindos und in die Umgebung ist das Celestial Lindos Suites ein perfekter Startpunkt. Das Zimmer war stets sauber und gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter durchgehend sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wer gerne den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringt — auch der Poolbereich war stets sauber und einladend. Lediglich beim Frühstück ziehe ich einen Punkt ab — es könnte etwas reichhaltiger und abwechslungsreicher sein. Ansonsten……

Besonders begeistert haben uns die wunderschöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage mit den tollen Pools sowie der direkte Zugang zum privaten Strand, perfekt zum Entspannen. Il proprietario non c'era, per fortuna e casualmente, abbiamo trovato un amico del proprietario che ci ha mostrato la camera, che non era dove si pensava fosse la struttura ma a circa 150 metri. “Just returned from a 2 week stay. Safe to say we eventually had a fantastic time but initial observations did make us question if this was the right place for us. First impressions: Upon arrival we were not offered a welcome drink or seat in reception just stood at the desk to check in online. Upon booking I had requested a ground floor room. When I asked, I was told they would let me know the following day. Never heard back. Not too much of an issue but communication would have been nice.……

“Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities, including the gym and variety of classes available plus the pool area were amazing. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our trip. “One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel is even better than the pictures show- boutique ‘Ibiza’ style, immaculately maintained, beautiful pool area and right on the beach with easy parking. No struggle for beds by pool or beach. The breakfast is stunning also. We stayed with our baby and it was perfect, great cot etc. All amazing but the very best thing is the staff- whoever is in charge of hiring is doing an amazing job. “Personeel vriendelijk. Hotelkamers en park super verzorgd. Alles netjes onderhouden en super schoon. Top locatie en verblijf!”

“Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben die Baustelle/Abstellkammer bekommen. Die Decken waren höher als das Zimmer Breit war. Die Tür zum Zimmer hat sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen lassen. Auch der Mitarbeiter musste die Tür mit aller Gewalt aufreißen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es einen kleine Vorraum der als Lagerfläche gedient hat, für die Materialien zum Umbau. Der Schrank im Zimmer hat nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das Badezimmer war eine reine Baustelle. Die Dusche hatte keine Wände, so dass das……
