Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Überall sauber. Im Poolbereich genug Liegen. Jeden Abend Veranstaltungen auf der Bühne beim Pool. Empfehlenswert. Schon zweites Mal in dem Hotel gewesen.

Alt i alt veldig fint. De som jobber i barene kan godt smile , det gjorde de aldri. Ellers var alle ansatte veldige hyggelige. Maten var helt OK, lite smak. Savnet ordentlig juice til frokost.

Very grand hotel, it is picturesque. What we enjoyed about the hotel is the location. On the beach and very lovely weather to enjoy by the pool. The evening bar had a really nice touch with tasty drinks and great outdoor area. There was quite a few dislikes. Even though the hotel felt modern the rooms didn’t. It was quite outdated. We stayed at the Mountain view room. The huge downside is at 7am you will hear the staff with their trolleys walking past the rooms which is incredibly loud and will wake you. The delivery scooters are also directly outside. The restaurants which you need booking for made no sense. You do need reservations however they are all unavailable. Problem is if you try prebook them before your arrival you need to enter your room number which of course you don’t have by then. You can have dinner in the main restaurant which is a buffet but all the option is nearly the same. Staff are hit and miss. Some were lovely and helpful but most others were just a job for them and you can see they just didn’t want to be there. They were not helpful and did their best to ignore you. Room cleaning is almost non existent. We had an occasion that they had taken our towels but never replaced them. They don’t change bedding. Overall it is a nice hotel and views/location is brilliant. Everything else was slightly deflating.
