For me, it was totally perfect.

Alt i alt veldig fint. De som jobber i barene kan godt smile , det gjorde de aldri. Ellers var alle ansatte veldige hyggelige. Maten var helt OK, lite smak. Savnet ordentlig juice til frokost.

Ella Helea Resort Review (3.5/5 Stars) Arrival & Birthday Add-On: Paid extra for balloons, cake, fruit, and champagne for my partner's birthday. Reception failed to call ahead; my partner opened the door to see the room being decorated mid-setup. Fruit was missing, and the drink was just the standard all-inclusive prosecco. Facilities & Vibe: Lovely grounds, but more adult-focused. Kids' play area feels isolated at the front, and the indoor space is tiny without AC. Adult entertainment is virtually non-existent (mostly yoga/gym), and cinema films are for kids until 10:30 PM. Dining & Bars: * Buffet: Good variety, not too crowded. Food is lukewarm but safe. Breakfast queues run 8:15–9:30 AM. * À la Carte: Disappointing. Tsouka turned us away 15 minutes early despite being empty. Satoumi had an ant infestation and language barriers. Matsi was awful—chicken instead of beef meatballs, terrible pizza, and cold food. * Bars: Drinks are strong but inconsistent. Beach bar cocktails were awful; pool bar frozen drinks were decent; Lobby Bar was best for views and quality. Service & Tech: The Ella Resorts app is excellent. AC issues and towel requests were fixed within 10 minutes. AC cooled to 21.5°C fine. Tips: Needs an on-site excursion rep (booked Symi Island via Viator instead). Photographer only appeared right after the dinner buffet. Verdict: Plenty of room for improvement. I will not be returning

Beautiful rooms, incredible service, including service around the pool, cocktails were amazing and food was delicious. Excellent pools, plenty of beds available and a beautiful little beach.

Staff were fantastic, particularly Ernest in the Da Vinci dining room. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool was a little on the cold side but beach temp was lovely. Never an issue finding a sun lounger. Drinks in either of the bars were great.
