“Found out the day before we were supposed to travel that the hotel is currently closed for construction. Hotel didn’t respond to messages or phone calls. Expedia were extremely unhelpful so we had to book an alternative hotel ourselves and hope we can get a refund after. “We stayed in Hotel Galaxias for 6 nights when travelling in Rhodes. We had such a great time here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
