“A really lovely stay, right in the centre of a beautiful little town, which was wonderful. We had a Comfort Room, which was lovely and beautifully appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and all spoke excellent English, which made everything very easy.
The food in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was an absolute joy.
My only tiny observation would be that, in the summer heat, it would have been lovely to have a few more relaxed, informal seating areas where you could……
“The property was very well located, close to the bus terminal, the best shopping area, and in the heart of the downtown. The hotel entrance was awkward and not welcoming. The staff person was pleasant, but did nothing more to extend herself. The elevator was quite awkward, but the stairs were even more difficult to manage. The room was clean, but extremely small. It was quiet and did have a pleasant view overlooking the street. Hotel Continental was a convenient, if not very comfortable choice……
“Good hotel with a nice pool and access to a lovely pebble beach. There are good food options not very far from the property. I recommend the sushi truck Iki Sushi, and the pizza at Toi y Moi, but there’s other good pizza options in the area! I think the food at the hotel could be better but was a nice, chill stay. I recommend it!”
“Nice clean room with a mini-fridge and a fabulous sea view. Great swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a choice of sun or shade. It’s worth spending a few days here, but you need transport - own car is best, but taxis are available. The hotel is sign-posted off the main coast road BUT the hotel’s location is NOT exactly where hotels.com thinks it is - it’s actually further along the road; Waze didn’t have the location correct either. Staff were really helpful and the facilities were……
“We were greeted by the host. The room was spacious with a full kitchen.
This room would be well suited for a family and an extended stay.
Easy walking distance to the city center and marina.”
