Overall a nice place to stay. It is not a 5 star hotel but it doea a great job for a quick nights sleep while traveling. We mostly arrived late and left early, so we did not use many of the amenities other than the room itself. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the night was quiet. We may have lucked out with the room, but it was a comfortable nights rest. The staff was very friendly as well during checkin, although the $102.90 deposit/hold on the credit card was a bit of a surprise, but understandable. Being able to park with in front of the room to quickly and convenienty bring in luggage/etc is always my favorite part of motels. No need to cart stuff through the lobby and up the elevators.

The tv had no signal. The shower was missing the knob to take a shower. The sink was missing knobs as well. Then to top it off they kept our deposit of $100. The lady checked the room before we left and I took video of everything so they can’t say anything. Now to fight for our deposit back to say the least

When you tell somebody that there is breakfast in the morning, it’s probably best that you wake up to get breakfast ready for your? I watched about 10 people try to get into the lobby for the breakfast that was promised to everyone.

The property needed updated. The bathroom door stuck on the uneven floor. The faucets in the bathroom were loose on the sink and very hard to turn. There was a odor on the room, bought air freshener to get through the night. Wrecked car sitting on the property.

Great relaxing outdoor pool. Pool deck is very nice. Property grounds are maintained beautifully. Room was a nice size. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was updated with a nice window and new tub/shower faucet, handle and shower head. Everything is very clean and super nice! The location is perfect--extremely convenient to Waldameer Park, Presque Isle State Park, Sara's and I-79.

Had to wait to check in. No one at desk and then they were waiting on a customer on the phone. You should always address the customer in the room first. There should be instructions on how to use the TV and a curtain in the bathroom window for privacy. Also would be nice to have 1 full length mirror in each room for guests. It wasn't bad these suggestions would elevate the experience
