“We had a blast going to this cottage waterfront for our combined Bachelor/Bachelorette party. The hosts were accommodating with limited toiletries and blow-up kayaks and paddle board for us to use on the water. We were close enough to the bay to enjoy the open water, and even ventured to Frankenmuth nearby. The amount of beds was very nice for our group as well.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residenz. The location was ideal. Everything was so close by. The Bavarian Inn staff was very responsive to our needs. The home was beautiful and had all the pots, pans and silverware we needed. There was a great fire pit outdoors and a fun climbing swingset perfect for younger kiddos. Bedding and towels were included. There was plenty of room for our extended family. We could not have had better accommodations.”

“Had such a great time. Cabin was comfy. The only thing I would do is keep the windows free from cobwebs and spider, keep them clean. To me the main attraction is definitely the view from the wall of windows!!! Amazing bay view. With a view like that you definitely don’t want anything to disrupt it. Very quiet and relaxing.”

“The house was very clean and as pictured. Mike was very helpful and friendly in pointing out things to know for our stay. Beds were comfortable (seemed new) and were Temperpedic/memory foam material- which we love. Kitchen is nice, large and a great place to gather. Easy access to downtown Frankenmuth. “Super clean. All furniture very comfy. I love showers. You don’t understand. You may think you love showers, but I LOVE showers. It’s an older home/bathroom so you have to expect some compromises. The shower head was at about 5’7”. I’m 5’7”, so I didn’t mind, but if you’re a 6’ tall guy you may have some issues. BUT, the water had a crisp clean smell, yes water smells. Some good.
