“View was amazing . Unit itself was very unique”

“The room was beautiful great View locations on point for everything you needed within the area the only downfall I would say was the hill if you're walking and if you have any type of handicap but other than that beautiful place to stay”

“Great place. I stay here two times a year. Always consistent. Always clean.”

“The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). We also walked into Red Hook which took about 20 minutes. Red Hook is small but has plenty of little shops and……

“Our family stayed at Lourdes' condo for three delightful nights. Communication was excellent, and we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The location was fantastic, and we enjoyed the very short, easy walk to Sapphire Beach. Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. Our two teens really enjoyed it as well, and we are so glad we chose to stay at this beautiful condo in Sapphire Village. ”

“Clean room, AC worked great, pool is very close. Overall, a really cool place to stay.”

“Nice location with plenty of parking. The pool is across from the condo which is very convenient. The condo was clean and close to Sapphire Beach and the ferry to St. John’s . We did have a couple of power outages lasting 2-3 hrs.each time during our stay. There is an extension cord in the unit that you plug outside (since the building has power) but no power strip. It would be nice to have one to be able to charge your phone and a portable fan since it got humid inside. There was a flashlight……

“The stay was perfect! The view is exactly as shown, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to Sapphire Beach (which has a restaurant, coffee shop, beach bar, and pizza place), and the water was amazing. Close to Red Hook for groceries and restaurants, and the condo was exactly as advertised. We will be back!”

“Checkin process didn’t start out great. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. ”

“We definitely enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very clean, great location for going into Red Hook and the ferry. Unfortunately we did experience power outages daily throughout our stay, and as beautiful as the view is from the balcony, it was tainted by construction directly in front,,, Of course neither of these were in the control of our host.”

“This place was amazing. Loved everything about it!”
