“Location is great!!! Pizza place and bar on the beach were really good. The room needed some serious update. Appliances, kitchen faucet rusted, patio light didn't work and a few lamp bulbs were out as well. The beach amd pool were awesome!!!!”

“Such a great experience upon arrival. Concierge, Gorety met us in the parking lot. She provided a tour of the property and was available if needed. The outside of the property may be a turn off due age and simply the weather can be tough on the exterior; however you open the door and this place was amazing - nice upgrades throughout. The walk to the beach is 2 min - take your coolers, backpack cooler if you have one. The restaurants have amazing food - from good ole burgers to Chilean Sea……

“Killer views was an accurate description! Lovely sunrises and view from the gallery of the marina and the bay. Instructions beforehand with tips on what to bring, how to get to Sapphire Villages, and how to access the property were very helpful and made the trip easy. It would have been helpful though to have guest information in the unit as to the association requirements and amenities, such as where dumpsters are located, pool, beach, and dining options, as well as information on area……

“Be still my heart! Arriving at Villa Celeste was exhilarating! Our stay at the Villa Vista for 7 days (6 nights) was heavenly. Our views of Coral Bay, Hurricane Hole, Hanson Bay, and the British Virgin Islands were phenomenally gorgeous and Lois gifted us with a keepsake to remember our view. The patio, our private pool, and the cozy villa are relaxing and beautiful. We loved the TLC we received from the house manager, Joy who checked in on us, stayed in touch, and we joined her for Thursday……

“We appreciated the close proximity to the Sapphire beach and the pool. You can see St. John from the patio. Many options available right at this marina for excursions including: parasailing, jet skis, and sailing trips. Just a short 5 minute taxi ride to Red Hook for additional dining and shopping and ferry rides to St John. Be sure and check out Sudi’s restaurant which is just a short walk up the hill.”

“Fantastic stay! Mattress extremely comfy, and view was as seen in images! 10 out of 10 for location. 1/4 mile walk to Charlotte Amalie ferry and Frenchtown area had a safe feeling. We did go during memorial day weekend, so many places were closed as expected. ”

“Location and amenities were as expected. The AC did not work properly our entire stay. We reported the issue to the front desk and was told they were working on it. It was never fixed and there was never any follow up. It wasn't pleasant trying to sleep in a luxury resort property without AC. It wasn't just our room, but the indoor dining area was too hot to even enjoy a meal. Overall it was a disappointing experience.”

“This was our second stay at this property; the last was five years ago in 2019. Room was very clean and amenities as expected. Staff was friendly but noticeably less responsive to simple requests than we recall from our previous visit. Example we asked for paper towels, tissues, and tp at the midpoint of our 5 day stay; were told we'd receive them right away and never got them. Parts of the property looked run down and we were wondering if a storm had hit them and they were still repairing.……
