El Presidente is ideally located on the beachside, between Marbella and Estepona, and is the perfect accommodation for a stress free holiday with your loved ones. The bright and airy 110m2 property consists of an open plan living room and dining area, with sliding doors onto the large balcony. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. bedroom 1 has an en suite bathroom, a king size bed and fully fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes and separate bathroom with shower. Additional amenities includes high speed wifi (suitable for video calls) satellite tv, reversible air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. This penthouse offers a lovely balcony overlooking one of the pools and tropical gardens. There is an electric canopy to protect you from the sun on those hot days.

There are 5 pools, 1 with children’s pool and another is heated from mid September until May. The pool is temporarily out of service.

There are several tennis and padel tennis courts for your use.

There is plenty of free parking outside the property.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. No party is permitted after 10pm

A welcome book with all the information is available on-site.

One guest at least must be over 25.
