Very nice property. Beautiful view of the mountains! Quiet and clean. There's a nice outdoor seating area where you can sit and watch the birds, burn some wood in the fire pit or look at the mountains.

It was exactly what we needed!! Within minutes of downtown Estes Park and minutes from the RMNP entrance! Beth was very friendly and helpful with out late check-in. Very clean inside! We will definitely be staying again and recommend to everyone!!

I booked a standard room and it was perfect for solo traveling! Close to the park, easy, check-in process and friendly staff. Room was clean, and I loved the TV which included dish network.

It’s a perfect location for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes ! Beautiful views. Parking can be tight. Room was very basic but worked good. Definitely needs better cleaning though- floors were covered in dirt and some hair and stuff in bathroom. Nothing to crazy but not the cleanest. Overall good budget place to stay and explore !

This place might look small and not too exciting for me outside but it does everything that you need for a weekend getaway. Me and my husband were able to enjoy your Mountain View and relax in a walking distance to a restaurant. It was lovely.

Proximity to the park is a 10 out of 10. Super Simple self check in for after hours. Views from room. Comfy beds. Value for price.
Cons: mini fridge did not work. Bathroom is very small (but super clean), only 2 towels for a party of 3. Lots of gaps around entrance door ( but weather was great so drafts were not a concern and the area felt super safe)
Overall would 100% stay here again. No hesitation.
