Location and Air Conditioning

Our family of four annual June week in EP. In 2024, we stayed in the same neighborhood, different unit. We did not return to that unit because it lacked air conditioning (A/C) in the upper primary bedroom. We solved that big problem by staying here because it does have A/C in the main and upper rooms. When EP is in the 80s and the sun is fierce for hours, you need A/C. This unit also has better views of Lumpy and Stanley and has two patios. The large patio off the main room looks East and has spectacular views of sun rising over the mountains. Our host were very helpful. The place is clean and well stocked. Easy walk to Elkhorn. Highly recommend you stay here!

Excellent location

Would definitely stay here again. House has everything we needed. Ran out of propane on grill but host had a new bottle there first thing in the morning. We could walk anywhere in town, grocery store just down the street.

Convenient and well-stocked

Great town home a short walk from downtown. We were impressed by the little things the property manager had done, such as providing a very useful notebook with tips about the area, stocking the kitchen with everything we needed, and providing back up paper products, as well as being highly responsive when a problem with the internet arose.

Great place to stay.

Very clean, nice deck, great location, perfect accomodations for three couples. Rooms and kitchen all well furnished. Owner gave quick response to questions and issues, which were minor.

Fabulous House

Property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The three bedrooms and bathrooms gave all of us our own privacy and made it great for getting ready. The house came with everything you could possibly want. The location was perfect! The deck was nice for having dinner or just chilling out. If I had any suggestions for this house, it would be to put a pool noodle on the middle bed leg on master bed. Banged my two a couple times. Lol! Place was spectacular and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house and location

We had a terrific stay at this location. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was located within walking distance of the main street in Estes Park and an easy drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The views were great.

Perfect location for a family hiking trip

The location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown Estes Park and a short drive to Rocky Mountain hiking. The property was very clean and beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Grocery was a short drive/walk. Would definitely book this location again.

Great Location During Busy Wedding Weekend!

We booked this property for friends and family during our daughter's Estes Park wedding weekend. It was perfectly located for all events. Very clean...extremely well-appointed kitchen...close to RMNP and easy to get anywhere in town.

Beautiful sunrise view

We had a great time staying here over Christmas. Three adult couples each had their own comfortable beds and the common space easily fit us all for meals and evening board games around the fire. The home is clean and in great condition. Also an easy walk to downtown or the Stanley hotel.

Look no further!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Communication and check in was flawless. Super clean, comfortable and the location is perfect - easy walk to town, local trails or a short drive into RMNP. Would definitely return in a heartbeat.

We really liked the accommodations. Perfect for our family of 4. We used it as our home base to Rocky Mountain National Park. Easy to get to, clean and well appointed. It has A/C in all the bedrooms except the bottom room. We needed it during August and after being on the trail all day. Would stay here again. !

Great Stay in Estes Park

My husband and two adult children enjoyed a great time at this home in Estes Park. We loved the fact that we could walk to town, it was close to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park, it provided a well-equipped kitchen to cook and relax. The deck off the front where we could eat outside or watch the sunrise provided lots of joy! Julie was very responsive when we asked about an early check-in. Everything was exceptional! I highly recommend this place!

"Elkcellent" Property

We loved this property! Excellent location and easy to walk into town. We saw Elk everyday outside the condo and it was easy to get to RMNP. The town of Estes Park was so cute - very clean with a good selection of restaurants. It was nice to have such a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring the area. Some of our favorite places to eat were "I Love Pie", "The Donut Haus", and "Coffee on the Rocks". Just a note to pay attention to the description since it is a 3 level house. This was fine for us but younger kids might not like to be that far from their parents.
