“It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.”

“Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly……

“Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. ”

“The whole team were so welcoming and helpful. Petter and Anna are lovely and accommodate any needs. Shout out to the dive team as well who showed me the house reef. The whole experience was more like a holiday with friends or family than what you get at a big resort. Meals and cocktails were amazing and all are made with passion. “Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while……

“这个酒店在当地知名度不高，有些bus司机没有听过这个酒店，但是他们打电话问其他人，最后帮我们找到了。前台五点就下班了，所以要是晚入住的话，尽量提早跟酒店沟通。我们所住的房间应该是这个酒店最好的房型，非常满意，性价比很高。开始看评价很少，有点担心酒店不好， 但事实证明这个酒店（最起码是我们的房型，相当好）房间很大，装修布置都很不错，私密性也不错，开门就是湖，右边还有私人小“沙滩”躺椅。酒店风景也很美，在酒店就可以免费租用划船用具。服务也很好，就是蚊子有点多，但是瓦努阿图都是这样的。”

“Loved our stay at Waves. Hubby got a surf in. Great snorkelling out back even on low tide. Friendly staff that go above and beyond. Highly recommend for self contained place.”

“Very close to airport. You can walk if you have a short stopover. However, no kettle or cup, sheet torn, wifi password wrong, no key for door. Staff helpful. You can buy bottled water and instant noodles. Overall very basic”

“Wonderful place to stay. The room was very clean and maintained during our entire stay. We had the beachside view and it was absolutely beautiful to be so close to the water. Thank you for a spectacular stay. ”

“I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.”

“We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. Rooms were clean and comfortable (our garden view even had a partial lagoon view), and the whole resort felt well maintained. Breakfast was better than expected, with fresh eggs made to order and a solid (though fairly repetitive) selection. Dinner buffets were enjoyable —……
