“This hotel seems like it is newer, so everything was very clean & tidy. The welcome desk staff were friendly. It was nice to have a continental breakfast included, as well. The only issue we ran into was that our bed was not re-made/towels were not replaced when we returned at the end of the day. Not sure if ours got missed by accident, and not a huge deal, but we were a little surprised by this. ”

“Great spot, light foot traffic, but the headboard rattled against the wall every time I rolled over. I’m not sure if they’re all hung the same way, just be prepared. ”

“My parents stayed there during a winter storm when they were afraid they might lose power in their home. They enjoyed the accessible room with the roomy bathroom and walk-in shower. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“When we checked in the room,I ordered a king suite.I was told that all the king suites were occupied and that my king suite was under maintenance (had been for over (the room had been in maintenance at least 3).O was told they called Expedia and Expedia was supposed to notify me.I cant find a notification. The front desk told me I was getting a king studio and a$15 discount for each day we stayed. I was clear this offer was not acceptable. We get to the studio and the room is horrible. I asked……

“From the moment you walk in the hotel is beautiful and smells so good! Front desk staff was so nice and went ablove and beyind to make sure our party was on the same floor. The food was good and reasonably priced. I will be returning.”
