"Hotel is small, facilities are fair. Could do with a few plumbing repairs. Located near IST. Shuttle pick up and drop off at airport is convenient. However beware of using other hotel shuttle services! With only a few hours stay, we hope to get on a hopon/hopoff bus to see the city. Hotel staff had organised a private shuttle car to take us to catch the bus at 4 pm and to pick up after the ride at 7 pm for an agreed fare. We paid without knowing how far to go to catching the bus. The driver didn't speak or understand much English. It took over 1 hour to go from the hotel to the city centre. The driver dropped us 200 metres from where he said the bus would be and expected us to find the bus ourselves. He insisted that we leave the shuttle car because his job is only to take us there. Another driver would pick us up. We were upset by his rudeness and uncaring attitude. He put us on the phone speaking to the hotel staff who was unsympathetic. At the end, we insisted to be taken back to the hotel because we did not like to be stranded in somewhere, unable to speaking the language. It was another hour's drive when we returned to the hotel. The experience was a total disaster! We paid for a 2-hour ride through city traffic achieving nothing! It's the uncaring attitude that was of concern! The hotel management should look into the matter. A refund is reasonable! Fellow travellers- beware!"

"If you are planning on going here, please be prepared not to carry any heavy luggage. All the floors have carpet and it makes it so difficult to pull your luggage. It was grueling."
