“Really enjoyed our stay at The Louise. The staff there was very attentive and friendly during our 2-night stay there. They always had a smile and made it a truly comfortable experience. The restaurant Appellation had the most amazing and unobstructed view of the vineyards. We found it very relaxing to watch sunset every evening as we dined there. ”

There are luxury products in the bathrooms and I loved the attention to detail with magazines and complimentary items. “This is our second stay at this hotel. Its rooms have been modernised but still show a hint of their earlier days which is a look I like. Great shower and small kitchen area for a morning wake up cuppa. Heaps of restaurants nearby and of course the bars downstairs. Even though the rooms are above the bars it’s not noisy at all. ”

“住了5晚，只清潔了一晚，最後一晚的前一天告訴服務員補充廁紙及冲涼液洗髪精，服務員又忘了。住宿包早餐，早餐原本是一個手掌大小之立體紙盒，內有小盒牛奶，小盒粟米片，及一個小蛋糕，有點愕然。酒店check in 是下午兩點，check out 是早上10點！！睡過龍就慘了！房內没有連接reception 的電話，有熨衫板及熨斗，但竟然沒有風筒！怪怪的！酒店唯一好就是有餐廳，而且還有很多捧場客，餐飲不錯，每晚都有special dinner ，我試了那晚正好是steak night ，才13澳洲元，很正！因為酒店離市中心很遠，澳洲巴士半個至1小時才一班，超級不便利，下次會選擇在city住了！(題外話：為什麼送的住房贈券只限香港呢？一水之隔之澳門意然沒有此優惠，實在可惜！)”
