You're greeted by an impeccably appointed interior complete with soaring cathedral ceilings and mountain-chic decor. Fire up the wood-burning stove in the Great Room to add a subtle glow to this already welcoming home while you revel in views through the wall of windows.

When you're not exploring the outdoors, kick off your vacation with a cookout on the spacious deck. While steaks are sizzling on the gas grill, prepare a few sides in the fully equipped kitchen.

While the kids play old-school Super Nintendo on the smart TV, enjoy a glass of wine and an evening outdoors on either of the 2 balconies or expansive deck.

Snow lovers will be thrilled to find this property located 15 miles from Summit County, where you can enjoy 5 world-class ski resorts for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing.

As winter transitions to spring, dozens of outdoor activities come into season. There are plenty of hiking, mountain biking and 4-wheeling trails in the surrounding National Forest, whitewater rafting and water parks in Buena Vista and excellent fishing in the Platte, Arkansas and Tarryall rivers nearby. Or easily catch stocked trout in the HOA pond.

Give your group chef the night off and venture just 3.5 miles to downtown Fairplay, where you'll find an array of eateries, cafes, and pubs. Otto's Restaurant, South Park Brewing, and Millonzi's are a few of the favorites among the locals.
