“A fajã da Caldeira de Santo Cristo é um dos lugares de visita obrigatório em S. Jorge. Embora não tenha acesso de carro, existem dois trilhos que permitem o acesso ao lugar. Fizemos o trilho mais pequeno e demorámos aproximadamente 1 hora (levávamos crianças connosco). Alternativamente, este trilho pode ser feito com moto4. Vários habitantes locais fornecem esse serviço aos turistas para facilitar a entrada e saída da fajã. O nosso anfitrião (o Miguel), também se disponiblizou para nos facilitar……

Ho prenotato ad aprile per 4 giorni ad agosto...ho contattato l'host 3 giorni prima di arrivare ma non mi ha risposto...il giorno dopo l'ho contattata con wattsapp e dopo vari messaggi e telefonate sono riuscita ad avere risposta per l'orario del check-in

“We spent just under a week at the house and loved it. Having dinner on the patio with an amazing view and the warm setting sun was just so relaxing. It was a short walk down to the natural swimming pool - a great place to enjoy the afternoon after a hike. We would definitely recommend this house. Helena was wonderful and very kind to accommodate our delayed arrival. ”

“Amazing house in paradise, the entire accommodation was super comfortable and with all necessary equipment to make you feel at home , the kitchen is fully equipped and even has washing machine if you need to wask some clothing,everything is in full conditions Simple but with love this house will not disappoint you.
The views from the living room and from the lovely balcony are a must. And the team ,specially the receptionist ,went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible !……

“We had a fantastic stay at Pike Cliffs. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily get to Lajes for whale watching and the whaling museum, Madelena for the nearby vineyards (and best grocery store), and, of course to Mt. Pico, which my oldest daughter climbed. The terrain is unique and varied across the island, unlike anything we’d ever seen before. The view from Pike Cliffs was stunning, we never tired of looking over the fields and cows to the ocean. Check out the photos and you will……

“Isa was so amazing with communication and helping me set up any needs that I had for my trip. There was a welcome basket with bread and cheese and tea and coffee and water which was so much appreciated. A beautiful setting on their banana farm and close to an amazing restaurant and nice hiking. I love that the property has a bathtub for after a long day of hiking. Outdoor patio and barbecue we're a lovely place to end the day as well. I can't recommend this property more for a quiet place on……

“Beautifull place located at a very quiet and beautifull surroundings. The view over the sea and São Jorge island is magnific.
To make this place perfect i would make only two changes. The laundry washing machine should also be able to dry because with that humidity and frequent rain it's almost impossible to leave it dry outside.
As the rooms are on the underfloor there's a light smell of mould which is quite understandable so i would put a dehumidifyer between the room and the……
