Ferien in einer Familienfreundlichen und schönen Natur Umgebung

Falcade hat uns gut gefallen wir schätzten die Grosse kinderfreundliche spielplatzanlage und die schöne Naturlandschaft.Falcade ist ein guter Ausgangsort für verschiedene Touren und traumhafte Täler.die Unterkunft war nicht sehr sauber und die küche schlecht eingerichted auch der dampfabzug hat nicht funktioniert.die kommunikation mit dem Betreiber hat nicht so gut funktioniert und auch die Bettwäsche wurde nicht wie abgemacht bereitgestellt.wir mussten in unseren Schlafsäcken schlafen.

Falcade

Alles in Allem war die Unterkunft für einen Urlaub gut eingerichtet, es fehlte prinzipiell an nichts. Wir haben uns in der Gegend sehr wohl gefühlt, darum gings ja hauptsächlich. Es müssten allerdings doch die nötigen Reparaturen an der Dusche ( Dichtungsgummi kaputt, dadurch Probleme beim Öffnen und Schließen der Tür), sowie der kaputten Mikrowelle behoben werden. Die Reinigung sollte auch gründlicher durchgeführt werden, das Geschirr war von den Vorgängern nicht sehr ordentlich gereinigt worden und Haare auf den Matratzen sind etwas unangenehm..

Le grand beau temps fait apprécier la terrasse.

Soyons précis, il n’y a qu’une chambre et tout au plus la surface intérieure fait 34 m2. Autrement tout est fonctionnel, l’équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste mais suffisant, dans la salle d’eau la douche est vraiment étroite. Pour l’été la petite terrasse arrange bien les choses, petit déjeuner agréable dehors au soleil levant et les repas du soir. La place de parking en box en sous-sol est un plus.

Tolle Wohnung in idyllischer Lage

Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Balkon. Gute Lage - die Ortsmitte ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Appartamento esattamente come da descrizione. Piccolo ma molto funzionale per 4 persone dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali. Posizione appena fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti.

Piccolissima e un po' confortevole

Zona, struttura e rifiniture interne molto belle, ma la casa è molto piccola, adatta per non più di 2 persone, mentre noi eravamo in 5... Alcune situazioni hanno reso poco confortevole il soggiorno, come la tavoletta del WC rotta, il divano inutilizzabile, c'erano 3 cucchiai in tutto (abbiamo mangiato la minestra col cucchiaino), la doccia parecchio stretta... Per fortuna abbiamo un ottimo spirito di adattamento, e il luogo e la neve ci hanno fatto sopportare i disagi. Per contro materassi molto comodi, ci si dorme veramente bene, ottimo il riscaldamento, la zona bellissima a pochi passi dal centro e dai negozi e sulla strada per il Passo San Pellegrino. Avremmo voluto avere un referente sul posto, magari per avere informazioni, ma ci siamo arrangiati senza problemi

Snug and comfortable

For 6 it was a squeeze but we managed fine. Loved the kitchen. Main bed light fluctuated on and off. All else was great - nice to eat outside - supermarket close by - would be great to have wi fi. Renting via ferrata in falcade very expensive so we did it from cortina. Big hike from house was wonderful. all in all a great stay - advice would be to have a welcome brochure with just a few basics of the house but no complaints. great trip and Holliday - many thanks
