Go to a game at night, when the futuristic stadium lights up the area.
The Falmer Campus of the University of Brighton borders the southern side of the stadium. Stroll through the college and admire the Sports Pavilion, the Falmer Sports Centre and the Paddock Field Halls, among the many complexes here.
Head north to the competing University of Sussex and relax among the students in its restaurant and café. The campus also has a great range of sports facilities as well as a student union and a shop. Participate in the events and activities that often take place in this hive of learning and research.
Watch a show or attend a workshop at the stylish Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts. At Falmer’s eastern end stands the St. Laurence Church, which overlooks a scenic duck-filled pond.
Find the village of Falmer in the leafy northern part of Brighton, in the south of England. Ride the train from the Brighton railway station to Falmer to arrive here in about 15 minutes. Get around the small hamlet on foot. Travel northeast to reach the city of Lewes.
