“Property was as described. Clean spacious quiet and comfortable. Security was definitely not giving anyone access if guest did not not inform them of such. The host/property manager was prompt with sending assistance when needed and Christopher was quite pleasant and respectful to us. Definitely recommend and will book this again in future”

“This villa was absolutely beautiful and nicely decorated. It is located in a quiet, gated community, short driving distance to the airport, beaches, restaurants and shops. I always felt very safe as a single traveler. Communication with the owners were quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Main floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, veranda, kitchen/dining/sitting area. Up the spiral stair case is a second bedroom, sitting room, bath and smaller veranda. Tennis courts, playground and (2) pools are next door or across the street. Great for 2 couples, girls weekend or family. Wifi information on the wall was incorrect. Was able to get it off the modem. Water heater wasn't turned on. Took cold showers until one of the neighbors told us how to turn on the water heater.”

“This was a very nice place if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay without being too far from the town. I would recommend renting a vehicle or having a driver because although it is close to the town, the shops, restaurants, and activities are not within walking distance and some tour drivers won’t do pickup from this location, unfortunately. ”

“Family of four stayed in the 2 bdrm unit in the Sabal (owners) Tower. Unit just as described, everything in good shape, maintained and great views of the beach and ocean. The resort is laid out pretty well, pretty short walk to just about everything, although from the Sabal Tower to the spa is probably the longest trek. “The property is right across the road from the Doctor's Cave Beach and Starbucks. Very easy access to the shops along Queens Drive and walking distance from Margaritaville and short walk to all nightclubs. The apartment itself was clean but the bathroom was not well lit. The shower area was meh! But the host was very helpful and communicative. He came to pick us up from the airport and helped our luggage up to our room. “The place looked very nice. The inside of the condo was immaculate, but the amenities were not available to us and that was very disappointing. The whole reason why I booked this condo was because they had a pool table and we could play alot during our down time. When we got upstairs to play, the pool table was broken beyond repair and needed to be replaced. That was a bummer. Then, they never opened up the bar at night. Boo. I told the owner of the condo that I have upcoming trips to Jamaica……

“Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking……
